I believe God can use every part of our story—the joyful moments, the painful seasons, and even the chapters we never would have chosen.
This conviction is the foundation of my life and the heart behind everything I do.
I have a deep love for women and their stories. I believe healing begins when we know we are seen, heard, and reminded of who God says we are. Sometimes we need encouragement. Sometimes we need truth. Sometimes we simply need a safe place to take the next faithful step.
Whether I'm coaching, speaking, writing, or sharing stories through I Know a Woman…, my mission is the same: to encourage women to grow in faith, live with purpose, and find hope in every season.
I believe God calls us to faithfully steward the life He has entrusted to us—one choice, one step, and one day at a time.

My heart for ministry has been shaped through serving as a pastoral counselor, life coach, and non-profit leader, alongside years of leading women’s ministries. Whether teaching, facilitating Divorce Recovery groups, or guiding small groups, I have seen God’s restorative power firsthand. This diverse experience allows me to walk tenderly with you through your own hard stories, offering honest and hopeful support.
Drawing from my deep background in education and leadership, I provide a space to navigate the complexities of blended families and the painful path of surviving abuse and neglect. My goal is to help you find clarity and healing amidst life’s most difficult transitions.
I believe every trial is an opportunity for spiritual growth, and I use my experience in ministry and coaching to help you anchor your identity in Christ. Through grace-filled guidance, we will work together to move toward the flourishing life God intended for you.
